We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join an innovative, patient-centered healthcare model focused on Direct Primary Care (DPC). Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
• Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine
• Med-Peds
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
• Comfortable using EMR and digital health tools
