We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Physician to provide high-quality dermatological care within a dynamic outpatient clinic setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outpatient dermatology consultations for adult and pediatric patients aged 13 and older.
• Perform biopsies and manage complex dermatological cases that require physical examination beyond teledermatology.
• Collaborate with nursing support staff and utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation.
• Participate in some call coverage, potentially including inpatient consults and remote video consultations.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 24 cases per day, emphasizing both general and complex dermatology cases.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1-year recent dermatology experience.
• Proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Board Certification in dermatology (Board Eligible candidates considered).
• Valid DEA license and California medical license.
• Ability to perform biopsies and handle pediatric dermatology cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with teledermatology platforms and remote consults.
• Additional proficiency in managing pediatric dermatology cases.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active California medical license with eligibility to obtain facility credentialing within 3 months.
• At least one year of dermatology practice experience in a clinical setting.

Other Requirements:

• Local candidates residing in or near the Bay Area or Northern California to minimize travel and expense.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, predominantly Thursdays (2-3 times/month), with consideration for Wednesdays afternoons, Mondays mornings, and occasional Mondays afternoons.
• Willingness to participate in remote video consultations as needed.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $296.40, along with comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, referral bonuses, licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable.
