Physician - Radiology

Job Details:

  • Provide on-site diagnostic radiology coverage for hospital and imaging center setting

  • Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Handle broad general diagnostic case mix with daily volume of 90-100 studies

  • Expected to generate 60-70 wRVUs per 8-hour shift

  • Utilize multiple modalities including X-ray, CT, MR, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy

  • Perform light interventional radiology procedures including various biopsies (thyroid, lung, bone, liver, renal) with CT and ultrasound guidance

  • Conduct drainage procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage, chest tube placement, and cyst drainage

  • Perform lumbar punctures including diagnostic procedures, myelograms, and epidurals

  • Execute arthrogram procedures for knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and ankle

  • Board certification, active PA license, and DEA registration required
