Queens, New York (Near JFK Airport South Shore) - Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

Clinical Role

• Permanent, full-time opportunity
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible psychiatrist (Child & Adolescent preferred)
• Outpatient-only setting
• Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours per week
• Average patient volume: 8 per day
• No weekends, no call, no holiday coverage
• Evening hours required until 7pm Tuesday-Thursday
• Moderate case complexity
• Must be comfortable with IM injections
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment across the lifespan
• Medication management including psychopharmacology and long-acting injectables
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapists, nurses, pharmacists)
• Participate in crisis intervention as needed
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans aligned with NYS Office of Mental Health standards
• Opportunity for teaching/supervision (if desired)
• Work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art outpatient behavioral health facility

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $330,000-$360,000
• Sign-on bonus and CME reimbursement
