Responsibilities as the Primary Care Physician (Part-Time):
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history, physical exams, and risk assessments.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while developing individualized care plans.
- Medication Management: Prescribe medications and administer treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Procedures: Perform minor in-office procedures and manage routine clinical interventions.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on disease management, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records within the EMR system.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required.
- Licensure: Active Physician license required
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience as a Physician is required, with comfort working independently.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in primary care and geriatric patient management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in a changing environment are required.
