Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only practice
- Part-time Saturday schedule
- Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month
- No night call
- No additional weekend call requirements
- Patient volume of approximately 20-24 patients per day

- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care visits, follow-ups, and routine health maintenance
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with clinical support staff and specialists as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive health, and disease management
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- M.D. or D.O. degree required
- Completion of or current enrollment in a Family Medicine residency program required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain preferred
- Community health or outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Commitment to serving underserved patient populations strongly preferred
