Gastroenterology Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM & 24hr weekend call
• Open Dates:
  • April: 4/5-4/9
  • May: 5/14-6/2
  • June: 6/2-6/11, 6/26-7/9
  • July: 7/24-7/31

Clinical Details:

• Clinic Setting: Hospital
• 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
• Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am - 4:30pm
• Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
• Onsite Lab and X-Ray
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• ACLS Certification
• Active MI License & CSR
  • IMLC: Dates of availability
    eed must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC
• Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice acceptable)
• Prior experience: Completed Fellowship with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
• COVID Vaccine

• Copy of NPDB (pulled within 30 days)
