- Call Schedule: Shared with 1 other GI group, includes ED call during the day
Clinical Details
- Inpatient/hospital-based endoscopy suite
- Patients per Day: Inpatient: 12-15, Outpatient: 8-10 in a half day or 15 in a full day
- Call: Can run from Friday 5P to Friday 5P, includes weekends
- EMR: Meditech Expanse, transitioning to EPIC 5/30/26
- Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 PAs, 1 NP, 5 LPN/MAs, 1 registrar, 1 RN coordinator
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (ABIM or AOA)
- PA license or active IMLC required
- 100% comfortable with scoping (endoscopy/colonoscopy)
- ERCP required
- Case logs from the past 2 years demonstrating competency
- Availability for full week stretches preferred
