- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled + On Call (optional)
- Call Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Clinical Details
- Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding as needed
- Approximately 20 patients per provider per day
- Level III Trauma Center
- OR block 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM with no case limit
- Adult patients only (18+)
- Limited robotic availability; typically not available on urology days
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 FT Provider, 2 LPNs, 2 CNA/CMAs, 1 Patient Representative
Requirements
- Must have NY License in hand
- Epic Experience
- Must be Board Certified
- Ensure work history is up to date with no gaps of 30+ days
- If malpractice is involved, dismissed or not, a physician statement is required
- Life Saving Certs: BLS
