Radiology Physician

This request is for (1) Diagnostic Radiologist to be onsite during weekdays to read
diagnostic radiology exams as well as perform Fluroscopy exams. There would also be a call need after
hours on weeknights as well as on the weekends (Sat and Sun).
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Setting: Diagnostic Radiology
FTE: (1) Diagnostic Radiologist 24/7. Onsite to perform procedures during the week and after hours
call.
Duties: Read and interpret Diagnostic radiology exams from the following modalities:
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- CT
- X-Ray
- Mammography
- Nuclear Medicine
Required Procedures: Fluoroscopy exams including but not limited to: Swallow Studies, Esophograms,
Barium Enema, Mylograms, Arthrograms, Breast Biopsies.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Radiology Technologists
Reason for Coverage: Our current Independent contracted Radiology Group has decided to not renew
their contract
Credentialing Information:
- Timeframe: Prefer 90 days
- Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Other Credentialing Requirements: Proficient with a sufficient amount of case logs
- Credentialing with other facilities?
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- State License or IMLC or able to obtain ND license - REQUIRED
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship - REQUIRED
- ACLS, BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice REQUIRED
- Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
