JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active AZ license required (willing to license)

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• DEA: Required

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable with trauma-level ENT cases

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 24-hour ENT call coverage

• Manage inpatient consults and emergency cases

• Perform ENT procedures as needed

• Collaborate with hospital care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
