A Level I trauma center is seeking a Vascular Surgeon for locum tenens coverage to support a growing surgical team. 24 hour call - $3500/24 hour call with 4 hour gratis Night call - $1000
ight Call-back $500/hr after gratis Regular hours $500/hr Position Details Specialty: Vascular Surgery Practice Setting: Hospital and Clinic Coverage Type: Locum Tenens Start Date: June 1, 2026 Coverage Type: Part-time Schedule Monday Friday clinic: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Call requirements include: Night call (not every night) Some 24-hour weekend call coverage Estimated 10 shifts per month Clinical Responsibilities Outpatient clinic coverage Inpatient rounding Perform open and endovascular vascular procedures Patient Volume Average 5 10 patients per day Approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures Practice Environment Level I Trauma Center Support includes: 1 APP and nursing staff in clinic 2 APPs assisting with rounding Provider will not work solo EMR: Epic Credentialing Estimated timeframe: 60 days Temporary privileges available Travel Airfare (standard economy, no upgrades) Lodging: up to $150
