About the Project / Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join at the very start of a major 300-acre development, working as a Project Manager on a highly complex, multi-faceted scheme based in Chicago.
Project Includes
A highly secure data center facility
Major environmental remediation (removal and management of contaminated land)
Substation and utility infrastructure works
Extensive sitework, dewatering, and enabling packages
This is a technically demanding role requiring someone with a strong engineering mindset and cost/accounting capability. You’ll be heavily involved in OAC meetings, cost reporting, and detailed project controls, working closely with senior leadership and reporting into the Project Executive.
They are looking for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and level-headed.

Requirements
5–10 years of construction project management experience in North America
Construction-related degree preferred
Experience on ground-up commercial, industrial, mission-critical, healthcare, or manufacturing projects
Strong understanding of cost control, project accounting, and reporting
Experience managing projects with significant sitework or infrastructure scope
Strong technical/engineering mindset with attention to detail
