As a

Production Supervisor

at our

Maple Grove, MN facility , you will lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while maintaining a compliant

cGMP

manufacturing environment. You will direct daily operations, develop talent, deploy lean methodologies, and ensure manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently and in alignment with Jabil policies and customer expectations. Your leadership will directly influence production performance, compliance and team engagement.

Location:

On‑site at our Maple Grove, MN facility.

Shift:

2nd Shift, 2:15 PM – 12:15 AM Monday – Friday

What Will You Do?
Operations & Team Leadership

Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day activities of shift operations teams (including key support functions) to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Conduct daily shift meetings reviewing production output, equipment status, escalations, and corrective actions.

Ensure effective communication through visual management systems.

Plan and manage people, materials, and equipment to support weekly production schedules.

Promote Jabil values and behaviors through leadership by example.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Maintain a safe, cGMP‑compliant work environment at all times.

Lead compliance efforts related to EHS, cGMP, Quality Systems, and inventory control.

Verify batches are manufactured within validated parameters and coordinate quality sampling/testing.

Ensure cleaning, preventive maintenance, calibration, and inventory controls meet cGMP standards.

Continuous Improvement & Lean

Lead and promote the use of Lean tools to drive continuous improvement and process reliability.

Drive 5S activities to resolve housekeeping, safety, and quality issues in a systematic manner.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and process performance.

People Development

Coordinate and ensure operator training across production cells.

Ensure all team members are fully trained in their roles and support development of standard work and training materials.

Build a high‑performing, flexible team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

General

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

How Will You Get Here?
Education & Experience

3–5 years of experience in Medical Device Manufacturing preferred.

Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification preferred.

Supervisory or management qualification preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong lean operations leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Performance‑driven with strong initiative and decision‑making ability.

Ability to motivate teams and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

High level of awareness and application of cGMP and safe work practices.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and ERP systems.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.

Pay range:

$69,200 – $124,500. Job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.

Benefits:
