Registered Nurse (RN) Med-Surg in North Dakota

I'm hiring for an RN Med-Surg in North Dakota! There is potential for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.

The RN is competent and accountable for the overall health status of patients assigned to her/his care.; is responsible for the assessment, evaluation of the data collected, and the continuum of care through: monitoring and evaluating changes in patient's condition, evaluation of patient responses to therapy, and the discharge process; and may delegate selected nursing activities to other health care workers, but retains the responsibility and accountability for the overall nursing care.

Location: Near Des Lacs, ND
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days or Nights
Requirements: College degree; ND RN license; prior experience
Pay: $32-$49/hr
