Working Hours: Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires an individual who is detail‑oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and update filing systems both electronically and in hard copy to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for office staff and management.
Order and keep track of office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
