Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Locum Opportunity OB Hospitalist Fresno, CA

Seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN for OB Hospitalist coverage on various dates in March and April.

Facility Details:

• 375-bed community hospital

• No trauma designation

• EMR: Epic

• Approximately 20% of practice in Gynecology

Clinical Responsibilities:
Provider must be comfortable managing a full scope of obstetrics and gynecology, including:

Obstetrics:

• Low- and high-risk pregnancies

• Fetal monitoring interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)

• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation (Level I and Level II/targeted)

Labor & Delivery:

• Routine vaginal deliveries (including low forceps)

• C-section decision-making and performance

• Management of complicated deliveries (breech, multiples, abruptions, etc.)

Gynecology:

• Surgical gynecology (open/major procedures)

• Ectopic pregnancy management

• Oophorectomy, cystectomy

• Extensive lysis of adhesions
