About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonologist to join a well-established and growing healthcare system in the Greater Savannah area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with access to advanced medical technology and strong support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a wide range of pulmonary and respiratory conditions
Manage chronic lung diseases such as COPD, asthma, and pulmonary fibrosis
Perform procedures including bronchoscopy and other pulmonary diagnostics
Provide inpatient and/or outpatient pulmonary care (based on preference)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including critical care and primary care providers
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine (Critical Care is a plus)
Active or eligible for Georgia medical license
DEA certification required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine and/or Critical Care
Experience in ICU or hospital-based pulmonary care
Interest in a mix of inpatient and outpatient practice
