Overview

NIGHT Tele Tech / Unit Secretary - 12hour shifts, 36hours a week.
MUST PASS EKG TEST DURING INTERVIEW PROCESS
Must be able to identify heart rhythms.

We specialize in treating patients who need extended hospitalization and intensive services – such as ventilator/respiratory care, cardiac monitoring, IV medication management, and complex wound care – in order to recover sufficiently before transitioning to home or a lower level of care.

We are seeking a Tele Tech / Unit Secretary to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:
Must be able to read and identify Heart Rythms. (For positions including telemetry functions.)
One year of clerical or administrative assistant experience preferred.
Two (2) years’ experience in health care setting preferred.
EKG certification preferred for positions including telemetry functions.

Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

Responsibilities

Performs the duties of a receptionist and assists with all the clerical duties on the patient unit. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
