Job Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour call coverage for urology cases
- Respond to approximately 2-4 calls per night, with 1-2 onsite call-ins expected
- Perform common hospital procedures such as kidney stone management, stenting, and difficult catheter placements
- Conduct inpatient rounding and manage new admissions

Qualifications
- Board Certification in Urology required
- Experience in general urology and adult urological care
- Preferred experience in laparoscopic surgeries and nephrectomy
- Ability to respond onsite within 20 minutes during call

Working Hours
- 24-hour call shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- Average onsite call-back hours: 2-4 hours per day

Skills
- Proficiency in ureteroscopy
- Strong communication skills for patient consults and collaboration with medical staff
- Ability to work independently while on call, with meticulous documentation of call-back hours and patient care activities
