Locums - Tucson, Arizona - Urgent CRNA Opening

ASAP - Ongoing Need

Schedule & Coverage

• 8-hour shifts only (Monday-Friday)

• Shared weeknight and weekend call required

• 30-minute call response time required

• Call Ratio: 1:5

• Phone Consults: 1

• Assigned Patients

• Approximately 5 patients per shift

• 4 ORs

• Facility will accept multiple providers

CRNAs must be willing to:

• Be credentialed at and work at all 4 locations

• Practice independently

• Perform peripheral nerve blocks (no training provided)

• Provide case logs of blocks performed

Requirements

• Board Certified NBCRNA - Required

• Active Arizona License - Required
  Provider cannot be within 90 miles of facility

• ACLS, BLS - Required

• EMR: Cerner
