Job Responsibilities
Working with multiple entities and locational sites
Heavy volume of invoices – must be able to code, enter and process timely for payment.
Weekly check runs and reimbursements payments also made by ACH and credit card
Matching, batching, coding, process property taxes
Vendor contact
Reconciliation of vendor statements
Research vendor discrepancies
Expense reimbursement
End‑of‑Month closing
