
Injection Process Engineer

Overview
Valeo is a global high-tech company designing solutions for greener, safer mobility. This role supports the Injection Molding Team within Manufacturing Engineering and involves problem solving, project coordination, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
What You Will Do
Support the Injection Molding Team through coaching, team meetings, and on‑the‑job training. Ensure QRQC activities are realized for all problems (including issues from new projects) with escalation as needed.
Plan, schedule, and conduct/coordinate advanced industrial engineering assignments associated with Manufacturing Engineering.
Support APU Managers / Site Manager in issue analysis.
Estimate workforce needs and schedule work to meet completion dates and technical specifications.
Supervise or coordinate the work of Engineers, Technicians, Designers and others who assist in specific assignments (as applicable).
Facilitate and implement IP and VPS tools such as improvement proposals, 5S, problem solving, and QRQC; involve suppliers and promote the use of QRQC methodology.
Review daily production schedules with the Master Scheduler.
Participate in established procedures to ensure compliance with project roadmaps.
Organize and lead Problem Solving Groups with all functions concerned and supplier representatives to analyze problems, determine root causes, and define action plans using Problem Solving Quality Tools.
Support Customer Initial Sample submissions with correct documentation to ensure first-time-right acceptance for all new Service Part Numbers.
Complete other job functions as directed.
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 4 years related experience
