Senior Foundry Engineer - Tapeout & PDK Lead

Blue Origin is looking for a Senior Foundry Engineer to serve as the primary technical interface with semiconductor foundry partners. This role requires over 10 years of experience in foundry engineering and process integration. You will manage PDK availability, tapeout submissions, and collaborate with external partners to drive the development of space-grade integrated circuits. The position is onsite in Seattle, and relocation is provided.
