Salary: $18-$20 per hour.
Evergreen FS seeks a dedicated professional to operate front‑end loaders, forklifts, and fertilizer blending equipment, ensuring accurate product blending and inventory control within our agricultural solutions team.
Responsibilities
Operate a front‑end loader or forklift to move loads and products.
Operate fertilizer blending equipment and blend products according to recommended rates and procedures.
Maintain inventory control and ensure all products are accounted for with proper paperwork.
Unload inbound and outbound deliveries.
Perform daily safety checks and follow a preventive maintenance program.
Assist customers with pickups and deliveries, and support other departments and locations as needed.
Collaborate with the Location Manager to maintain equipment, rolling stock, and facilities in good working order.
Assist other company locations if required.
Follow all corporate compliance programs, environmental health and safety standards, OSHA, DOT policies, and the Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to work with dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards and use appropriate safety measures.
May be required to work at varying heights.
Capable of lifting 51‑70 lbs.
Willingness to participate in required training on policies, procedures, and job‑specific skills.
