Seasonal Foundry Support Operator (Firewatch) 4/4 Nights
Location: Kohler, Wisconsin
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift hours: 6:30 PM – 6:48 AM (4 on, 4 off)
Available shifts: 3C, 3D
Kohler Co. is looking for dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates in Kohler, Wisconsin. This seasonal opportunity is ideal for college students and high school graduates entering college in the fall. Positions will support production or service departments, may include weekend work and/or mandatory overtime, and will be scheduled on the night shift with a 4-on, 4-off schedule.

Responsibilities:
Fire watch as welders perform hot work
Use fire extinguisher to put out any fires
Inspect eye wash stations weekly
Complete 5S work orders
Record meter readings
Assist in the production of everyday items
Assist in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment, and other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
At least 18 years of age on or before start date in 2026
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Reliable attendance and work performance
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
