We are hiring a hands‑on Production Associate to join our growing sign shop team. This role focuses on sign production, vinyl graphics, large‑format printing, and installation support. Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily sign production and shop operations
Operate large‑format printers, vinyl plotters, CNC routers, and laser equipment
Produce vinyl graphics, decals, banners, and custom signage
Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, walls, windows, and other surfaces
Installation of non‑illuminated signs (interior and exterior)
Perform trimming, mounting, laminating, assembly, and finishing tasks
Prepare materials including aluminum, acrylic, PVC, wood, and composites
Read and follow work orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in sign production, printing, manufacturing, or a related field
Experience with vinyl application, large‑format printing, or signage installation is a plus
Familiarity with equipment such as plotters, printers, routers, or lasers
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical tasks
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn
Skills
Vehicle wrap or vinyl installation experience
Experience with sign shop software or design files (basic level)
Previous experience in a production, fabrication, or print shop environment
