24 months experience in job offered or engineering or design. Requires experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. Travel: occasional travel once or twice a year domestically (within the USA).
Responsibilities
Interact with the sales staff and customers to fully understand project requirements.
Prepare formal equipment layout drawings for customer review and approval.
Develop CAD models representative of the customer’s order.
Create engineering drawings utilizing GD&T.
Transfer BOM data from CAD to the ERP system.
Complete assigned tasks/designs within the required timeframe.
Provide updates on project status and deliverables as necessary.
Follow project scope and delivery expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide engineering assistance to service technicians and customers as required.
