We have an immediate openingfor an experienced Maintenance Tech at our Independent Living Apartments at Luther Park Community!
This position's job duties will include various levels ofmaintenance by maintaining buildings, grounds and various utilities systems andservices.
Repair mechanical equipment in compliance with building and safetycodes throughout the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to and completesresident work orders ensuring quality of service to maximum residentsatisfaction.
Performs work needed toready apartments for move-in as assigned.
Performs general maintenanceprojects as assigned including installations and repairs involving plumbing andelectrical equipment, carpentry work, painting, equipment repair, snow removaland outside landscaping maintenance.
Maintains office, shop,storage and mechanical areas.
Strives to maintain a safeworking environment through the prevention of accidents, preservationofequipment and the achievement of safe working practices.
Maintains theconfidentiality of all resident care information.
Must be able to work underall types of weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.).
Provide weekend and afterhour building coverage on an on-call basis as assigned.
