The Work
Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery
Weld pipe, cut steel, and fabricate parts
Work on conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment
Troubleshoot breakdowns and keep downtime low
Grease, service, and maintain equipment
Run hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment daily
Operate manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders
Work at heights and in tight spaces when needed
Follow safety rules — no shortcuts
What You Bring
Real millwright or industrial mechanic experience
Experience in aggregates, ready-mix concrete, asphalt or the heavy metals industry
Solid welding and fabrication skills
Conveyor and mechanical know-how
Can troubleshoot problems without babysitting
Comfortable with physical, demanding work
Safety-minded and dependable
Valid driver’s license
