Job Details
Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 per year.

Work hours: 6am‑3pm, 7am‑4pm, or 8am‑5pm (includes a 1‑hour lunch break).

Job Description

Manage electrical projects, ensuring project timelines and milestones, managing job site costs and budgets, leading the on‑site team, and value engineering.

Handle change orders and maintain relationships with the general contractor, client, and subcontractors.

Prepare and review blueprints, contracts, reports, and documentation; conduct meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety oversight; oversee closeout.

Work with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls.

Work hours can be either 6am‑3pm, 7am‑4pm, or 8am‑5pm which includes a 1‑hour lunch.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial, industrial, or public works electrical construction projects.

Prefer experience with Accubid and Bluebeam.

Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check.
