Guest Service Representative - Full Time
Job Summary
As a Guest Service Representative at K9 Resorts Turnersville, you are the welcoming face of our company. Your mission is to deliver a true “wow experience” to every client and their dog — ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and treated like VIPs. You will uphold our mission, values, and service standards in every interaction. Position will start week of June 1st.
Responsibilities
Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual.
Greet all customers entering the building with warmth and professionalism.
Perform check‑in, check‑out, and reservation procedures in the POS system.
Take custody of pets and ensure they are properly placed within the facility.
Answer telephone inquiries and assist clients with accurate information.
Provide tours of the facility to potential customers when needed.
Feed and medicate dogs according to established protocols.
Provide personal playtimes for dogs upon request.
Conduct body checks to identify pre‑existing conditions or injuries.
Perform tasks as requested by management, including:
Sanitation of the lobby, boarding, and daycare accommodations
Monitoring daycare
Bathing dogs
Qualifications
Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods; this is an active, on‑your‑feet role and does not include seated front‑desk work.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Availability for some weekend and holiday hours.
Comfortable with sales‑focused interactions.
Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality.
Passion for working with dogs and delivering exceptional customer service.
Must be able to work at least one weekend day, and holiday availability is required.
