Position: US Army Joint Program Support Officer (PSO) - Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office
Location: Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 Depending on Experience and Education
Travel: 20%

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a US Army Program Support Officer (PSO) to support our Washington Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Providing expertise as a Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office (JIFCO), Joint Program Support Officer (JPSO) for the Army Nonlethal Scalable Effects Center (ANSEC), U.S. Army Military Police School (USAMPS) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
Provide direct, real-time technical and analytical expertise and coordination for the Joint Intermediate Force Capability Office with the appropriate U.S. Army counterparts for JIFCO-sponsored activities, programs, and functions. Stakeholders include the JIFCO, Combat/Capability Developers, Materiel Developers, Concept Developers, the Research and Development (R&D) and Science and Technology (ST) communities, the other Services, and Interagency representatives.
Provide direct communication and coordination amongst stakeholders, while maintaining strong working relationships, at all levels including briefing Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians.
Provide expert analysis on technical, operational, and financial related artifacts and data associated with Intermediate Force Capabilities.
Required to travel up to 20% and develop trip reports, historical reports, analysis, briefings, white papers, and weekly/monthly progress reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 15+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
Desired Experience
15 Years Overall SME related experience
Combat Arms and Force Application experience
DoW requirements generation and procedures experience
Must be eligible to obtain Secret Level Clearance and maintain SIPRNet Account Beneficial experience.
DoW Acquisition Process and Procedures.
Understanding of Non-Lethal Weapons / Intermediate Force Capabilities/Force Protection experience
Understanding of Military (Army) culture to include maintaining working relationships with senior officers and civilians.
Familiar with Army structure and organizations, particularly the Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), Army Futures and Concepts Command (FCC), Maneuver Support Capability Development Integration Directorate, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition Logistics and Technology (ASA/ALT), and Army Staff.
Comfortable briefing senior Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians to include one-on-one and larger groups.
Understanding of the Army Capabilities Integration and Development System (ACIDS)
Understanding of Army Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), particularly, the compete and re-compete phases.
Familiar with the Army Agile Design and Development (A2D2) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
Basic knowledge of Army weapons systems and platforms
Ability to compose well written trip reports, historical reports, briefings, white papers, monthly progress reports, etc., with strong grammar and clear concise writing.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft Teams.
