Your Mission
The Quality Technician I performs basic inspection and testing activities to ensure incoming materials, in‑process production, and finished products meet customer and company specifications. This role works under close supervision and supports quality assurance processes within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Measure and visually inspect parts to verify conformance to specifications
Approve incoming materials, in process production, and finished goods based on documented standards
Document inspection results in reports and logs
Initiate non‑conformance reports as directed
Communicate required adjustments to Production Supervisor
Maintain measurement equipment by following operating instructions and verifying calibration status
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Support ISO9001 quality system requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Associate degree or technical certificate preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
02 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Travel Requirements
Between facilities as needed.
Physical Requirements
May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
May lift or carry 50lbs. Weights exceeding 50lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.
