Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our daily office operations. We aren't necessarily looking for years of specific experience; instead, we are looking for a "culture fit" who is teachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our processes.

The ideal candidate remains calm and collected in a fast-paced environment and possesses the proactive mindset needed to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Greet carriers and visitors upon arrival, directing them as needed.

Order & Document Flow: Handle the printing of daily orders and ensure all paperwork is meticulously organized, scanned, and filed.

Responsive Communication: Manage incoming emails and internal messages, ensuring all team members and clients receive timely and professional responses.

Process Adaptation: Stay flexible and adapt quickly as office procedures evolve.

Team Support: Take the initiative to assist with various tasks and projects to keep the office running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

A Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for instructions when you see something that needs to be done.

Organization Skills: You have a natural ability to keep physical and digital spaces orderly.

Composure: You are known for being calm and collected, even when managing multiple tasks.

Tech Comfort: You are comfortable with Microsoft Outlook (a major plus) and feel confident undergoing initial training via remote platforms.

Strong Communication: Excellent written skills with an emphasis on being responsive and helpful.
