We are working with a respected law firm seeking a
Transactional Legal Secretary
to support a busy group of attorneys handling sophisticated matters in
real estate, corporate, and finance
practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail‑oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced transactional environment.
The position is
onsite for the first 90 days , then transitions to a
hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) .
San Francisco, CA | Hybrid Schedule
Salary: $80,000-$110,000
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to six attorneys
Assist with entity formation and related documentation
Prepare and organize closing binders
Draft and manage engagement letters and signature pages
Coordinate document execution and closing logistics
Handle general administrative and transactional support tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a legal secretary in real estate, corporate, or finance practice areas
Strong experience with transactional documentation and closings
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a high-volume desk
Professional communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
