SIHAT Health is working with Intermountain Health on a cardiothoracic surgery coverage need at St. Mary s Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.

This is a true program coverage gap driven by two surgeons leaving the practice, creating a strong and consistent need.

Length: 6 9 months
Coverage: 24-hour call (7A 7A)
Clinic: Possible depending on schedule

Clinical Scope
Full cardiothoracic surgery
Cardiac + thoracic + TAVR procedures
APP and RN support in place

Volume
1 10 patients depending on admissions

Compensation
$5100 $5200/day blended
Clean structure no fragmented pay components
