Job Summary
Mercury Systems specializes in secure mission‑critical technology for the military and defense. We are seeking an Intermediate Micro‑Electronics Assembler for our Operations group. This is a great opportunity for a “hands‑on get‑it‑done” individual to contribute to the corporation’s future growth. This position is onsite in Torrance, CA.
Job Responsibilities
Performs a wide variety of shipment preparations for electrical/mechanical products.
Prepares completed assemblies for final inspections by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and routers.
Prepares products for shipment per Mil-Standard.
Must continuously meet or exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.
Maintain logs, paperwork, and forms accurately consistent with company policy and practices.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Typically requires 2-5 years of experience.
Solder certification to IPC J‑STD‑001.
High School Diploma or GED.
Familiarity with PC software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to multitask and to execute under pressure.
Good communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and adaptability are preferred.
Energetic and motivated to learn, work, and grow with Mercury.

Compensation
Full‑time equivalent job grade salary range: $38,300.00 – $76,600.00 for in‑office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD, or TX, and all remote employees; $42,900.00 – $85,800.00 for in‑office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH, or MA; $45,200.00 – $90,400.00 for in‑office or hybrid employees in NJ.
