- Positions vary with either Hospital inpatient, SNF or Outpatient and combo
- Some positions will have varying days of either inpatient(SNF) or outpatient
- Facilities have support with NP/PAs, MAs, and Nurses
- Work in collaboration with Palliative physicians and other specialists
