We’re hiring experienced Equipment Operators to support HDD and underground utility construction projects.**Responsibilities:*** Operate HDD / directional drilling equipment* Perform trenching, digging, grading, and backfilling* Support installation of fiber, telecom, gas, water, and sewer* Assist with bore setup and jobsite preparation* Locate and protect existing underground utilities* Pothole/hand dig around live utilities as needed* Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and hydro-vacs**Requirements:*** 1+ year HDD, excavation, or underground utility experience* Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record* Ability to read utility maps and job layouts* Strong safety awareness and damage prevention mindset* Able to pass drug screen and background check
