Position Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to manage the day-to-day customer experience at our indoor tennis facility. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Manage court bookings, check-ins, and program registrations

Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks

Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth scheduling

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Assist with basic operational tasks as needed

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable multitasking

Reliable and punctual
