We’re looking for an experienced and proactive, highly organized administrative assistant to play a key role on our growing real estate team. You’ll specifically work with our home seller clients and their listing agent throughout the entire listing process, compiling all listing documents, communicating timelines to the agents and clients, and entering MLS listings in the database, plus more! Must be able to work in Colleyville. Compensation: Ranging from $35,000 - $50,000 per year. Compensation levels dependent upon experience and skill levels. Responsibilities: • Maintain weekly contact with all active sellers, providing market updates as scheduled and deemed necessary by the listing agents • Handle all calls and inquiries regarding the listings by other agents • Work with vendors for all service items such as signs, photographers, staging, etc • Provide excellent communication and customer service with a positive attitude • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers • Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Previous experience in the real estate industry •

• Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person • Technologically proficient in Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, Word, and Canva • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience • A team player. Enjoys and prefers working in a team environment • High level of integrity • Open to obtaining a real estate license Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly DOE
