ENT Physician Assistant Opportunity

Bronx Outpatient Only Flexible Schedule

Clinical Role

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Physician Assistant

• ENT / Otolaryngology outpatient-only position

• Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm schedule

• Ability to work 3-5 days per week

• Part-time or full-time options available

• Call schedule to be determined

• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required

• H-1B visa sponsorship available, if needed

Position Overview

The ENT Physician Assistant works collaboratively with Otolaryngologists to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions. This role offers broad exposure to diagnostic evaluation, medical management, and procedural aspects of ENT practice within a supportive multispecialty environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical histories and perform ENT-focused physical examinations

• Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans

• Manage patient care plans, order diagnostic testing, and interpret results

• Prescribe medications within scope of practice

• Perform and assist with ENT procedures as appropriate

• Educate and counsel patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and disease management

• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR

• Participate in outreach and wellness education initiatives as applicable

• Assist in surgery when appropriate and permitted

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program in New York State

• Most candidates will have post-training ENT experience

• Interest or proficiency in ENT procedures

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Professional interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $135,000-$150,000
