A leading 503A compounding pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a Pharmacist Account Manager to join their team and make a real impact.

Be the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients, helping them optimize medication outcomes and pharmacy programs.

Apply your clinical knowledge in a consultative, strategic way, advising on medication therapy management, formulary optimization, and drug utilization.

Lead initiatives that directly influence client satisfaction and business growth, giving you visibility and impact in a fast-growing pharmacy.

Work in a specialty compounding environment, gaining exposure to unique 503A formulations and high-value clinical programs.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy, healthcare, and payer accounts.

Conduct business reviews, provide performance updates, and support strategic planning.

Monitor KPIs, utilization trends, and financial performance while identifying opportunities for account growth.

Support onboarding, contract compliance, renewals, and expansion of services.

Communicate clinical data, outcomes, and pharmacy metrics clearly to clients.

Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and the evolving pharmacy landscape.

What we’re looking for

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with an active pharmacist license in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years pharmacy experience (managed care, PBM, specialty, clinical, or retail).

Experience in account management, client services, or healthcare consulting is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a client-focused mindset.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
