Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related), OR Drafting certification with relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Create and update
2D drawings and 3D models
using Autodesk Inventor
Translate engineering concepts into
detailed mechanical drawing packages
Collect measurements and system data directly from the
production floor
Design and integrate
mechanical, pneumatic, and component layouts
Ensure designs meet
ASME/ANSI standards
and safety requirements
Required Skills & Experience
0–3 years in
mechanical design or drafting
Proficiency in
Autodesk Inventor
and
Autodesk Vault
Working knowledge of
ASME/ANSI drafting standards
Ability to read, interpret, and create
technical drawings
Hands‑on experience with
measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in a
manufacturing/production environment
