Locums - John Day - CRNA Opening

Assignment Details

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 6 months (option to extend)
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Shifts: 4x10-hour nights
  • 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• OR Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based
• Rural facility with a broad scope of practice
• Long-term opportunity (currently using short-term coverage)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia coverage for:
  • General surgery cases (primarily Tuesday & Thursday)
  • Pain management / ESI procedures (Monday & Wednesday, if privileged)
• On-call responsibilities during scheduled 2-week rotation:
  • OB coverage
  • Trauma
  • Emergency surgeries
• Required response time: 20 minutes

Requirements

• Must be comfortable with both surgery and OB anesthesia
• Ability to take call and respond within 20 minutes - Required
• Experience with ESI injections and pain management - Preferred
• Active Oregon License (or ability to obtain)
