Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Provide daily interventional radiology cases and call coverage
• Perform embolization procedures
• Conduct pulmonary thrombectomy procedures
• Handle various drainage procedures including abscess, nephrostomy, and biliary drainages
• Perform IVC filter insertion procedures
• Provide central venous access including dialysis catheters, central lines, and PICC line placements
• Perform TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt) procedures
• Conduct lumbar puncture procedures
• Perform thoracentesis and paracentesis procedures
• Coverage needed from June 8 starting at 7 AM through Friday, June 12 at 4:30 PM with IR call
• Must be board certified or board eligible with Pennsylvania license or IMLC eligibility
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 10 days
• Hospital arranges lodging accommodations
• Nearest airports include Latrobe or Pittsburgh
Compensation:
