Anesthesiologist Locums Job Gainesville, Florida (ASC No Call Weekdays Only)

A well-established ambulatory surgery center in Gainesville, Florida is seeking a full-time, board certified anesthesiologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for a predictable weekday schedule with no call or weekends in a high-quality, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights:
-Monday-Friday schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
-No call, no weekends - excellent work-life balance
-Ambulatory Surgery Center setting
-Supervision model with opportunity to perform regional blocks
-Collaborative team with experienced CRNAs and surgeons
Clinical Details:
-Case mix: Primarily orthopedics (total joints, hands, sports medicine)
-Also includes ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, pain, urology, and general surgery
-Regional blocks required (especially for ortho and podiatry cases)
-No OB, no trauma
-20-30 cases per day (varies)
-4-5 CRNAs daily, 1 supervising MDA
-Approximately 20 surgeons on staff
-6 ORs total (4 running daily, occasional 5th room)
Additional Details:
-Hybrid charting (EMR + paper)
-Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
