Job Summary
As an HVAC Technician at River City Casino & Hotel, you will perform a variety of advanced journey-level, lead and/or specialized trade tasks which could include upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, kitchen equipment and general maintenance. You may act as a lead worker for the assigned shift and ensure assignments are distributed and completed; perform duties with minimum or no supervision; provide advanced support duties to higher-level management staff; and perform related tasks within the area of assignment.
Maintains buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance. Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed. Notifies the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment. Contacts and coordinates work with outside vendors as directed.

Qualifications
Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
High School diploma or GED equivalent plus five (4) years’ experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry or Kitchen Equipment).
Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair.
Knowledge of Building management systems.
Knowledge of operations of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems.
Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.
Read blueprints.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Shift: 10:30PM - 6:30AM.
Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
