Dutch Miller Auto Group is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
General Maintenance Technician
to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our dealership facilities and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing for our customers and staff across our various locations.

Key Responsibilities
Landscaping:
Perform all aspects of groundskeeping, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and seasonal clean‑up to ensure excellent curb appeal.
General Maintenance:
Handle routine facility maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative upkeep across the property.
Painting:
Perform interior and exterior painting, touch‑ups, and surface preparations as needed.
Multi‑Site Support & Travel:
Travel to various Dutch Miller dealership locations to provide maintenance support.
Please note: This position will require regional travel, including occasional out‑of‑state travel and overnight stays.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Ensure all walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors remain clean, safe, and free of debris.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following physical and professional requirements:
Travel Flexibility:
Must be willing and able to travel frequently, including out‑of‑state trips and overnight stays as needed for larger projects or multi‑site upkeep.
Physical Stamina:
Must have the ability to safely lift and carry
50+ lbs
on a regular basis.
Mobility:
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
Ladder Safety:
Experience with and ability to properly and safely use ladders for maintenance and painting tasks.
Driving Record:
Must possess a valid driver's license and a
clean driving record
(essential for traveling between locations).
Background Check:
Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive pre‑employment
drug screening
and background check.
Experience:
Prior experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or a similar hands‑on field is highly preferred.
